Elviria
Elviria is an upmarket cosmopolitan community ten minutes East of Marbella. It is a popular destination for tourists with 3, 5 star hotels. There is also a large but low density residential area set amongst the dense pine trees and 2 private schools make the area ideal for families living all year round on the Costa del Sol
The area has many luxury developments and villas and many are walking distance to the sandy beach. There is a large commercial area with shops, bars and restaurants as well as being home to Nikki Beach, probably Marbella’s best known beach club. There are 3 excellent golf courses and 2 tennis clubs and a children's adventure park “Amazonia”.
Elviria is approximately 35 minutes from Malaga airport and 10 minutes to Marbella old town.
